With over 25 years of experience,
the lawyers of Thomas & Wan have the knowledge and commitment to helping you and
your family. We understand the serious physical, emotional and financial
difficulties faced by injured people and their families.
Thomas & Wan is not a factory where paralegals churn through
thousands of files each year for quick settlements. Rather, we carefully
evaluate every case before taking it on. Once a case is selected, we
aggressively fight for our clients to obtain the maximum monetary recovery
possible. Thomas & Wan does not "flip" its cases to other firms to handle.
We handle your case directly and consider the practice of law a profession, not
a business.
LINDA LAURENT THOMAS

Since 1987, Linda Laurent Thomas has pursued aggressive legal representation on
behalf of injury victims in cases involving personal injuries and wrongful
death, medical malpractice, automobile accidents and transportation injuries,
work related injuries, environmental and pollution injuries, and defective
products. Whether the wrongdoer is a Fortune 500 corporate giant, or a reckless
and negligent driver, Thomas has dedicated her career to fighting for
individuals to obtain the maximum amount of damages available under the law.
Thomas closely supervises a staff of legal, administrative and technical
personnel to ensure that every case that the firm takes on is handled with the
highest level of care and attention. This representation involves all of the
phases of a complex personal injury action: the early and thorough factual
investigation of the case; the retention of the appropriate expert witnesses; a
thorough case value assessment; aggressive pre-trial discovery; alternative
dispute resolution; proactive negotiations; jury and bench trials; and appeals.
Linda Laurent Thomas is a graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston and
The University of Texas at Austin.
MICHELLE W. WAN

Michelle W. Wan has worked exclusively representing clients in personal injury
matters. She has handled numerous matters involving toxic exposures, medical
negligence and product defects. Like Thomas, Wan has dedicated her career to
fighting on behalf of persons injured by the negligence, recklessness and
carelessness of others. She is a 2001 graduate of The University of Texas School of
Law where she served on the editorial board of the legal journal The Review
of Litigation. As a former law journal editor, she enjoys in-depth legal
research and strives for concise and clear writing. As a former paralegal, Wan
understands the organization and efficiency necessary for plaintiff’s
litigation. She was a National Merit Scholar and earned a B.A. from Rice
University.
